Content Operations Associate

Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a Content Operations Associate to join our Marketing team! This is a remote role, with a preferred location in Southern California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content across our digital platforms. This role will coordinate daily web content and ensure reputed company and up-to-date updates and promotions using reputed company’s proprietary web and content management systems (CMS). This position will communicate with various departments and handle special reputed company as assigned. Job Expectations: • Support reputed company’s multiple departments (Digital Experience, Global Logistics, Merchandising, reputed company, etc.) by managing reputed company content updates for the global website • Partner with the localization team to ensure content is reputed company into reputed company 19+ languages the website is available in • Set up global and regional promotions across reputed company platforms, including reputed company’s app • Improve internal efficiency by proactively developing new... processes for optimized workflow • Become an expert in functionality and features of reputed company internal tools and backend logic • Partner with the Business Product Technology team to reputed company feedback and suggestions to improve internal tools for maximum efficiency • Work cross-functionally with Digital Experience, Customer Experience, and other teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using reputed company judgment, poise and diplomacy • Manage various websites, including reputed company reputed company.com, Careers, and HR website • Document changes to internal tools and processes reputed company new features are introduced to reputed company.
