Description: • The outside Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a crucial role in driving growth at Paubox. • Responsible for researching and understanding the target market, generating leads and working lead lists, and qualifying prospects. • Posess a proactive and results-driven attitude, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Work closely with Account Executives to strategically target key accounts. • Maintain clean data in CRM system (HubSpot). • Identify and research new leads to add into prospecting cadences.
