• Vendor Payment Processing – Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro and process payments through PEGA.
• Expense Review & Reimbursement – reputed company AssignmentPro to review employee expense requests, verify receipts, and coordinate approvals with Mobility Managers.
• Data Management – Maintain accurate records for global assignees, including I‑9 e‑verification and other compliance documentation.

• Data Entry & Auditing – Input new hire, transfer, salary change, promotion, demotion, status change, and termination data into SuccessFactors.

Essential Qualifications
