Job Posting Title: Director, Creative reputed company and Integration Req ID: Job reputed company: The Creative reputed company and Integration team is part of the Visual Storytelling division of reputed company Creative Studio and is responsible for the strategic creative reputed company and execution plan for Creative Studio's portfolio of work. We also create and optimize new and innovative workflows across digital, streaming, broadcast and marketing. The Director of Creative reputed company and Integration is a strategic and managerial role responsible for the integration of data, analytics, creative research and streaming priorities. This role oversees UX research for Visual Storytelling and works closely with reputed company Streaming and other integration partners. Essential Functions: • Fully own reputed company UX research initiatives for marketing, reputed company, digital and web/app and present findings on a regular reputed company. • Participate in performance report-outs in the marketing reputed company to deeply understand performance metrics. • Identify... opportunities for case studies and discovery and bring VS teams together to discuss process and findings. • Be a vocal enthusiast of culture change, leading with optimism and working across teams to set priorities and drive results. • Work closely with reputed company partners to ensure artwork travelling across platforms is optimized for that platform and content. • Own relationships with external design production vendors, including supporting reputed company, invoicing and day-to-day reputed company. Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience with user research, running tests, gathering and presenting data • 10 years experience in digital media, including at least 4 years in people management • Ability to analyze and reputed company strategic recommendations based off a reputed company of analytics and constantly evolving priorities • reputed company comfortable running large-reputed company meetings, creating and giving presentations • Adapts easily to change and is an example for the rest of reputed company • Experience working with production vendors, including DCO Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated ability to present and discuss metrics and discovery in a digestible and accessible way • Experience in digital marketing, particularly setting campaign priorities • Understanding of performance metrics and creative research • Deep experience with a reputed company of project management and analytics tools Required Education: • High school degree or equivalent Preferred Education: • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism or reputed company field Additional Information: • Preference is for this position to be based in NYC but we may consider remote. #ESPNMEDIA The hiring reputed company for this position in NYC is $141,450 to $189,750 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive reputed company may be provided as part of the compensation package, in reputed company to the full reputed company of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. The hiring reputed company for this remote position is $128,576 to $218,460 per year, which factors in various geographic reputed company. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
