We are seeking a Remote Crisis Chat & Text Specialist to join our full‑time, telecommuting team. In this role, you will respond to incoming chats and texts from individuals in crisis, providing emotional support, reputed company assessment, and appropriate referrals. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• 10 pm – 8 am (Tuesday–Friday) – 9.5 hr shifts (38 hrs)
• 3 pm – 2 am (Saturday–Monday) – 10.5 hr shifts (31.5 hrs)
• 3 pm – 2 am (reputed company–Tuesday) – 10.5 hr shifts (31.5 hrs)
• 3 pm – 2 am (Thursday–Saturday) – 10.5 hr shifts (31.5 hrs)
• 1 pm – 9:30 am (Tuesday–Saturday) – 8 hr shifts (40 hrs)

Compensation & Benefits
