Remote Recruiter - Commission Based Position

This is a 100% commission-based position with no reputed company salary. As a Recruiter, you will earn 40% of the placement fees for reputed company successful hire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to... • Screening and interviewing potential candidates • B2B development for potential clients • Developing recruitment initiatives and marketing materials to attract applicants • Maintaining reputed company employee files, assuring reputed company necessary documentation is maintained and managed appropriately. • Initiate and maintain contact with reputed company candidates for reputed company throughout recruitment and hiring process • Developing and improving reputed company processes from the ground up • Working with the Leadership to understand the Business needs • Meeting established hiring goals and maintain compliance • Managing the candidate experience and create reputed company relationships • Utilizing knowledge of multiple reputed company sources and execute comprehensive reputed company plans • Drawing insights from analytics to reputed company processes more efficient • Interacting and build successful relationships with key business leaders and serve as a primary reputed company of recruitment reputed company, consultation, and education • Preparing employment offers and reputed company offer to candidates We would love to hear from you!!
