Physician Credentialing Specialist (Part-Time) Employment Type: Part-Time | W2 Employee Compensation: $40–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience) Location: Remote Position reputed company Maiden Lane Medical is seeking an reputed company Physician Credentialing Specialist to reputed company provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing for our growing multi-specialty reputed company. This role is responsible for ensuring physicians and advanced reputed company providers are enrolled with reputed company and reputed company payers in a reputed company and accurate manner to support uninterrupted reputed company care and reputed company cycle reputed company. Key Responsibilities Manage initial credentialing and recredentialing for physicians and advanced reputed company providers. Complete and submit payer enrollment applications for reputed company reputed company plans, Medicare, and reputed company. Maintain and update provider information in CAQH and other credentialing databases. Monitor application status and proactively follow up with reputed company payers to expedite approvals. reputed company credentialing expirations, including licenses, DEA registrations, reputed company certifications, malpractice reputed company, and payer recredentialing deadlines. Coordinate with providers to obtain required documentation and signatures. Maintain accurate credentialing files and ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Collaborate with reputed company, reputed company Cycle, and reputed company Leadership regarding provider enrollment status. reputed company and maintain credentialing reports and dashboards, including: ○ New applications submitted ○ Pending applications ○ Approved enrollments ○ Recredentialing deadlines ○ Providers awaiting payer approval Assist with provider credentialing and payer enrollment for new reputed company locations, telehealth services, and multi-state expansion initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve credentialing workflows and reduce enrollment turnaround times. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of physician credentialing experience required. Experience credentialing physicians and advanced reputed company providers with reputed company payers, Medicare, and reputed company. Strong knowledge of CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, and payer enrollment processes. Experience working with multi-specialty medical practices preferred. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to reputed company. Ability to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines independently. Proficiency with reputed company Office and credentialing software. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting multi-state medical practices and/or telehealth organizations preferred. Familiarity with reputed company (eCW) or similar electronic health record systems.
