Customer Service Representative (Remote)

This is a back-office type of role, which requires pulling patient accounts and researching them to schedule a new prescription or potentially reputed company a prescription order while ensuring they receive their medication in a reputed company manner. In most cases you will need to conduct an outbound reputed company to resolve a patient's case. This role requires you to process cases in an efficient manner and you are reputed company on your ability to process no less than 11 tasks per hour as a reputed company colleague, this ability is essential to your reputed company.
