They are in the tech industry and have a physical product. Role reputed company We are looking for a CS Agent who has experience working in reputed company for email, chat, and phone support. You will be dealing with order status tickets, product reputed company questions, troubleshooting inquiries, and escalation requests. For this role, you may also be required to assist with other congruent accounts as volume permits.
