Position Description In this role, you will be a key support position generating reports that will drive data-driven decision-making process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be running reports from different systems and combining them into a new Excel report. Responsibilities... -Convert contract and pricing update information captured by the revenue realization team into data format required for entry into the system -Utilize Salesforce to extract, and format data, ensuring its integrity, accuracy -Maintenance of Excel-based reports, templates, and upload documents -Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize data collection, file preparation, data validation, and data entry Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. A combination of the current active pursuit of said degree and relevant experience will also be considered. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel -Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity. -Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple data requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
