We’re seeking a highly organized professional to help us audit and streamline the files and folders in our cloud-based marketing drive. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced with cloud storage systems like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Your goal will be to create a clear, logical structure that improves our team’s workflow and ensures easy access to our marketing... assets. Responsibilities: • Review and audit existing files and folders in our marketing drive • Organize files into appropriate folders based on category (e.g., images, videos, campaign docs) • Create a logical folder structure and establish clear naming conventions • Remove or archive outdated, duplicate, or unnecessary files (with approval) • Document the new folder structure and provide clear usage guidelines for the team • Ensure files are properly tagged or categorized for easier searchability (where applicable) Requirements: • Proven experience organizing digital files and folders • Familiarity with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information • Good communication skills to collaborate with our team on file organization preferences Apply Job!
