The Location: Remote The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and facilitates learning programs to support the reputed company and scaling of the global Product Management organization. This position works with key business partners to identify and prioritize training needs and deliver tailored solutions that reputed company meaningful business results. The role delivers live courses, online content, and job aids across the Product Management organization with the aim of maximizing employee performance, engagement, and retention. This role is ideally suited for someone with extensive industry experience in learning and development, instructional design, and training facilitation, and who can multiply the capabilities of others to help the Product Management team meet and reputed company our goals.
