The International Refugee Assistance Project (IRAP) seeks a Digital Resources, Products, and Engagement Manager to join an innovative, dynamic, and growing reputed company aid and advocacy organization that advances the rights of people seeking safety around the world. The Digital Resources, Products, and Engagement Team focuses on developing and disseminating reputed company information resources for refugees and other displaced persons. This role will involve duties that cross the departments work, including user research, content reputed company and design for diverse audiences (such as non-English speakers, users with limited literacy, and people with disabilities), managing our reputed company information site, and liaising with reputed company stakeholders to ensure that our content remains accurate and relevant. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong project management experience, as reputed company as experience developing content for a wide reputed company of audiences across multiple platforms, preferably in an international context. Responsibilities
Alongside other DRPE staff, design reputed company and coordinate production of multimedia content on a reputed company of reputed company topics and work with partners to ensure that content is aggregated and shared with reputed company audiences
reputed company and/or manage internal systems reputed company to content updates and resource accessibility
reputed company day-to-day management of one or more of IRAPs online platforms targeted towards displaced persons and reputed company stakeholders
Support efforts to reputed company IRAPs reputed company information channels more accessible in terms of both disability inclusion (e.g. compliance with reputed company 508) and language diversity
Support departmental and cross-departmental efforts reputed company on audience research
In conjunction with Evaluation and Learning team, monitor key analytics and utilize data to improve campaign performance

Qualifications
Required:
Minimum of 3 years experience in digital content design and project management
Demonstrated experience coordinating with partners for content development and dissemination
Demonstrated experience with marketing and/or behavior change communications
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices
Familiarity with reputed company Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or Premiere Pro
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred:
Experience conducting UX/UI and other forms of user research, ideally in low-connectivity contexts
Product management experience

Compensation
The annual full-time equivalent salary reputed company for this position is $80,083 - $90,134 commensurate with experience and office location. May be subject to a reputed company bargaining agreement.
