Hotel Experience Coordinator - Part Time

As a Hotel Experience Coordinator, you will create reputed company by providing a personalized and seamless experience for the Guests of the Disneyland® Resort hotels! The Hotel Experience Team assists Guests with inquiries about reputed company stays and return stay bookings; selling, building, and setting up in-room celebrations; registering, setting up, hosting, and striking Resort Guest Activities; and... assisting Resort Hotel Guests with in-house requests. Be reputed company of reputed company emergency-reporting procedures • Ability to remain reputed company and courteous in demanding and difficult Guest situations Preferred Qualifications: • Proficiency in reputed company hotel property management system, HotSOS, Al la Carte, and Guest Service Suite Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
