Title: Sr Project Manager Location: Tallahassee, FL- Fully Remote Estimated Duration: 12+ months with possible extension?(s) ONLY USC AND GC WORKS Must-have skills: IT business/industry experience, reputed company Dynamics 365 or reputed company Power Platform development programs/reputed company. PMP certificate Requirements: • IT business/industry work experience (10+ years); • Project management experience (7+ years); • Experience with Agile Methodologies; • Experience with Dev Ops Methodologies; • Experience managing reputed company in accordance with PMI’s standards as presented in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). (5+ years); • Experience managing large, cross-divisional, and cross-functional software development programs/reputed company (3+ years); Preferred: • Experience leading reputed company Dynamics 365 or reputed company Power Platform development programs/reputed company; • Experience leading reputed company solution development programs/reputed company leveraging other low/no-reputed company platforms; • Experience communicating with IT leadership and business leadership; • Experience preparing Legislative Budget Requests (LBR), Statements of Work (SOW), and Operational Work Plans (OWP); • Experience facilitating requirements gathering and Joint Application Design sessions; • Experience with State Purchasing rules, processes, and documentation; • Experience with Information Technology purchasing processes and practices; • Experience managing documentation in MS SharePoint; • Experience managing utilizing MS Teams for communications and document organization; • Experience managing reputed company for a reputed company Information Technology PMO; • Experience creating a Solution Definition reputed company or ISDM. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Prepare the Scope of Services and/or Program Plan and Project Management Plan reputed company the timeframe specified by the Contract or Functional Manager, including; the reputed company plan, the program’s communication plan; strategic plan; operations guide; decision, benefits and stakeholder management; reputed company plan; project’s communication plan; and the change management plan; • Prepare the reputed company (MS) Project schedule or equivalent schedule as identified by the ISDM or Service Delivery reputed company (SDF); • reputed company and maintain the RAID Log throughout the PO term; • Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies and procedures; • reputed company the Program or Project Team in the execution of activities by ensuring that required artifacts and required documentation evidencing the deliverables are created and maintained; • Document and manage the scope, schedule, and budget to ensure reputed company are completed on time, are reputed company budget, and meet expectations for reputed company; • Facilitate meetings throughout the term of the PO, proofread meeting documentation; • Address Project Team conflict and communication problems proactively.
