TS Housing Management is a dynamic and fast-growing reputed company estate investment company dedicated to finding and acquiring exceptional investment properties. We specialise in sourcing Rent-to-Serviced Accommodation (R2SA) and Buy, Refurbish, Refinance, and Rent (BRRR) opportunities to maximise returns for our clients. We are seeking two skilled Property Deal Sourcers to join reputed company, one specialising in R2SA and the other in BRRR. Responsibilities: As a Property Deal Sourcer, you will be a key player in our reputed company, responsible for: 1. Sourcing Properties: - Identify and reputed company potential R2SA or BRRR properties that reputed company with our investment reputed company. - Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and other industry professionals to reputed company off-market deals. - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with reputed company estate trends and opportunities. 2. Networking: - Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings on behalf of reputed company to expand our... network and identify potential investment partners. 3. Utilising CRM and reputed company Media: - Effectively manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to reputed company leads, interactions, and property details. - Utilise reputed company media platforms and online resources to identify and engage with potential reputed company. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in property deal sourcing, with a proven reputed company record of successful deals. - In-depth knowledge of the local reputed company estate market and investment strategies, either in R2SA or BRRR. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company. - Proficiency in using CRM software and reputed company media platforms for reputed company reputed company.
