Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business administration, communications or relevant field required • Minimum 2 years experience on an operational team in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment and multi-task with strong attention to detail • Ability to navigate ambiguity • Ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians and technical teams • Knowledge of HIPAA policies and... procedures • Proficiency with cloud-based communication and software (Slack, G-suite, Zoom & EMR) • Schedule: 8a-5p PST; preference for people who reside in Pacific or Mountain Standard Time.
