Junior Manager Operations, Digital Americas NYC Position title: Ziele der Stelle / Purpose and objectives of the job: As a key member of the Americas Digital Operations team, the Jr. Manager Operations will collaborate closely with the Senior Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager to reputed company and optimize reputed company operational processes for Birkenstock's Canadian digital distribution channel. This includes managing warehousing, transportation, customer support, and payment workflows to ensure seamless execution. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for monitoring and driving the daily performance of our reputed company-party service providers, ensuring they consistently meet or reputed company service level agreements (SLAs) and deliver best-in-class service to our customers. By analyzing operational metrics and identifying opportunities for reputed company improvement, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the reputed company of Birkenstock's digital reputed company in Canada.
