Job Description • Reply and respond to all Tickets on our System • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue Job Requirements • It is a hosting company so you should have at least 3 years of technical experience ex orange or WE or software/Hosting Company. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Experience in Technical Support for at least 3 years • English level is at least very good • Max age is 30 • Sales experience is preferred • Nasr city or Misr el Gdeda residents or Shoubra Misr or Fifth of settlement or Hadaya Elzaytoun preferred • Grads only • Males and Females are welcome to apply Work Conditions : Rotational shifts from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm which is work from the office or from 5.30 PM to 2.00 AM work from home • 2 Days off is fixed but it changes every month • Hybrid • Training one month paid Company Benefits: • Career path • Medical and social insurance provided. • We work in software and web server hosting so you are gonna learn new things. • Healthy and friendly environment • Gaming Area to enjoy your break time Apply Job!
