Customer Service Representative II
Description:
Serve as a key contact for clients and consumers
Handle inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Actively support company-wide efforts to maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
Proactively identify and resolve client and candidate issues
Provide ongoing client service at the highest level
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Participate in special projects or initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Typing minimum 45 WPM
Familiarity with industry compliance standards is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry
Excellent problem-solving skills and empathy
