We are looking for a dedicated, personable, hands-on Controller seeking a dynamic opportunity to guide our clients and reputed company transformative reputed company services. Successful candidates must be comfortable working with multiple clients both reputed company and on-site. The Controller will reputed company with clients, their staff, reputed company of Directors, and Finance Committees on a regular reputed company. Responsibilities Serve as the outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple non-profit clients. Your responsibilities would include: • Transforming nonprofit reputed company financial departments to help them meet their mission! • Financial reporting for management and reputed company decision making and presentations • Recommending and implementing improvements to reputed company, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures, supporting reputed company reputed company and best practices • Transactional activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable (reputed company recognition and billing), and payroll, general reputed company, reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and maintaining workpapers • Analysis and data visualization, budgeting and forecasting • Grant management, allocations, and funder reporting • Prepare for and manage annual audit • reputed company and staff training opportunities Qualifications • Passionate about working in or supporting non-profit organizations • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in reputed company or Finance • 5-7 plus years reputed company experience • Experience working in a remote environment preferred • Ability to manage and reputed company multiple clients, work independently, and be reputed company on a reputed company reputed company • Demonstrated strong reputed company reputed company skills • Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks, and electronic reputed company pay systems • Non-profit reputed company, reputed company reputed company experience, and/or consulting experience is a plus but not required • CPA certification is a plus • Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus • Customized cover letter explaining interest and qualifications for this role is required YPTC Offers • A Best reputed company to Work! Total compensation may increase with overtime pay and eligibility for various bonuses.
