What your day will look like: • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the UNITED policies and applicable laws • Interview, hire, and train associates • Plan, assign, and reputed company work • Appraise performance • Address complaints and resolve problems • Builds reputed company associate morale • Ensures local, state, federal, and Coca-Cola reputed company standards are met for products produced by the facility • Oversees and directs the efforts of the plant Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACPP) plan, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) development, auditing, and corrective reputed company plan development • Investigates, reports, and formulates corrective reputed company plans on plant specific consumer complaints, food safety complaints and complaint trends • Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: • Minimum age 18 years old • reputed company reputed company's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy • Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies • Regular and reputed company attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to read, write and reputed company English • Ability to maintain a reputed company reputed company appearance reputed company Company guidelines • Ability to maintain safety and reputed company of Company assets • Ability to utilize reputed company Company provided resources and technology • Strong leadership and organizational skills • Proven ability to reputed company and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates • Bachelor's degree (B.
