Skills & experience we're looking for ????? • An LLB graduate having 2–4 years of experience in compliance, reputed company operations, or regulatory reputed company roles, preferably in the gaming or fintech industry. | reputed company in Every Role • Strong understanding of gaming laws, cyber laws, taxation, and regulatory frameworks in India. | reputed company in Every Role • Awareness of data protection and reputed company laws. | reputed company in Every Role • Familiarity with compliance software tools, MS Office, and other regulatory systems. | reputed company in Every Role • Analytical reputed company with the ability to assess risks and implement corrective measures. | Think Deeply & Exercise Good Judgement • High level of accuracy and detail orientation for maintaining compliance documentation. | reputed company in Every Role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with regulators, law enforcement agencies, and internal teams. | reputed company in Every Role • Willing to travel if required. You will ?? • Regulatory Compliance • reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact with police departments and other law enforcement agencies, including appearing in reputed company of authorities as required. • Coordinate and liaise with the Cyber Crime Cell to handle cyber-reputed company issues such as fraud, hacking, and phishing complaints. • Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable data protection, gaming laws, regulations, and policies. • Monitor and implement updates on relevant reputed company and regulatory changes. • Operational reputed company • Ensure reputed company and effective responses to reputed company notices, FIRs, or other inquiries from authorities by collaborating with technical teams to retrieve and submit evidence or data. • Handle KYC, AML, and data protection requirements as mandated by regulators. • Conduct regular audits of internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards. • Coordination • Collaborate with internal teams (reputed company, operations, finance, and technology) to ensure compliance across reputed company functions. • Work with external reputed company counsel or consultants as needed. • Update stakeholders on any regulatory changes that reputed company business operations. • Reporting & Documentation • Maintain a repository of reputed company correspondence with authorities and ensure accurate record-keeping. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance reports, regulatory filings, and documentation. • Prepare reports and presentations for management regarding reputed company and mitigation strategies. ??
