We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Customer Support team at DoorDash. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and resolving their inquiries and issues promptly. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, deliveries, and accounts. * Provide detailed information about DoorDash products and services. * Document and update customer records based on interactions. * Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience. * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up on customer issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively. Required Skills and Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. * Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to quickly learn new software. * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. * Customer service experience is a plus but not required. Experience * No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply. * Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage. Working Hours * Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Full-time and part-time positions available.
