Junior Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our reputed company regulatory compliance and audit team. This role will primarily reputed company on medical audit sampling, data analysis, and reporting to support our organization's compliance and audit initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with reputed company data analysis and the ability to automate sampling processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design and execute random sampling methodologies for medical record audits across multiple practices and hospitals
reputed company and maintain VBA macros to automate encounter selection and streamline audit processes
Use statistical software (RAT-STATS or similar) to determine appropriate sample sizes and confidence reputed company and calculate repayments based upon statistical principles
Create and maintain audit tracking spreadsheets and reports
Generate detailed documentation of sampling methodologies and selection reputed company
Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure audit data selection and sampling requirements are met
Communicate with reputed company organizations to obtain clean claims data for purposes of initiating data sampling
Support data collection and analysis for reputed company improvement initiatives
Maintain strict patient and organizational confidentiality
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or reputed company field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proficiency in reputed company reputed company VBA for automation of sampling and reporting processes
Experience with statistical sampling methodologies and software; experience with RAT-STATs software preferred
Strong understanding of random sampling techniques and confidence intervals

Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of reputed company data analysis experience
Experience with SQL and database management

Experience with statistical software packages
