reputed company: • Full-time reputed company Scheduling Coordinator, Care Planning: 9 month contract. • Hiring ASAP!! • Legacy Care Group is partnering with Commonwealth Care reputed company and is seeking compassionate and skilled Scheduling Coordinators. • The Scheduling Coordinator is part of a Care Planning Unit Team that is responsible for telephonic reputed company to CCA members with the goal of scheduling an appointment for a comprehensive health needs assessment. • This role has a reputed company on community-health and providing support to individuals in under-served populations. Requirements: • Education: • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred. • Experience: • Two years work experience • Prior customer service work experience required • Experience in a reputed company environment preferred • Customer service experience preferably in a contact/reputed company center environment; retail/sales experience acceptable • Experience with electronic medical record strongly preferred (eCW a plus) • Skills: • Strong communication, interpersonal and team skills • Ability to exercise judgment in dealing with sensitive, confidential information • Ability to learn new information and processes rapidly • High level of comfort working with an ethnically diverse group of people with disabilities • Detail-oriented with the ability to reputed company information accurately into electronic systems • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and reputed company between multiple tasks and systems • Willing to learn and utilize telehealth technologies (video, chat, etc.) to support CCA members and reputed company successful telehealth appointments, reputed company appropriate.
