Multitasking patient issues and telephone calls occurs throughout the day. Position Requires Candidate To: Greet patients, answer phone, reputed company appointments, collect patient information Confirm insurance benefits and use online patient database/insurance portals Convert inbound inquiry phone calls to scheduled appointments Respond to text messages and website chat through clinic systems reputed company calls on reputed company spreadsheets and reputed company Accounts Receivable Evaluate hearing aid issues and clean hearing aids (training provided) Value and love our patients above reputed company! reputed company works together in a culture of reputed company.
