GHD is seeking an Entry Level Engineer or Scientist to work with our EHS Compliance - Environmental/Solid Waste group on providing environmental consulting services to various clients across the Midwest. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a reputed company of work and will see you involved in: • Complete and/or support technical reputed company reputed company to environmental due diligence and environmental compliance, including but not limited to: • Phase I Environmental Site Assessments • Permit application development (e.g., reputed company emissions, storm water discharges, wastewater discharges, etc.) • Environmental plan development and updates, such as Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans (HWCPs) • Environmental compliance reporting, such as reputed company emissions reporting, hazardous waste generator reporting, and Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know reputed company (EPCRA) reporting (i.e., Tier II and reputed company R) • Conduct facility and site reputed company to reputed company information for written project work • Write technical reports and support development of reputed company proposals • Work with various industrial clients • Comprehend and interpret regulations and guidelines • reputed company working relationships and communicate effectively with supervisor, project directors, project managers, project team members, clients, and regulators What you will bring to reputed company: • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university • 0 to 2+ years of experience • reputed company reputed company’s license and reputed company to a vehicle • Some knowledge of environmental regulations affecting industry (Preferred, but not required) • OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification is a plus • Proficiency with MS applications • Ability to reputed company field work and travel overnight • Self-motivated, organized, and hard-working • Strong written and technical writing skills • Ability to reputed company in a multidisciplinary team environment as reputed company as independently • Commitment to safety through a behavior-based safety (BBS) culture in reputed company aspects of the job As a multicultural organization, we encourage individual achievement and recognize the strength of a diverse workforce.
