Primary Duties • Assist the Director of Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) and the CDI team with research, data analysis, and project management tasks • Help prepare meeting materials that clarify reputed company topics and facilitate effective decision-making • Analyze performance trends and indicators reputed company to risk stratification across various practices and markets to inform business strategies • Support the development and maintenance of analytical models that aid in risk stratification efforts, learning to reputed company stakeholders on their applications • Collaborate with various teams, including risk stratification, product, business intelligence, and analytics, to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) required. • 2-4 years of relevant experience required • Interest in reputed company programs, project management, or reputed company fields is a plus • Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonus • Experience using a reputed company of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, reputed company, Jira and other data management software • Experience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture • Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and reputed company data sets Preferred KSA's • Basic experience with reputed company Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations and draft materials with guidance • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn about stakeholder management • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and approach problems analytically • Eagerness to learn project management and data analysis tools such as reputed company and Tableau Salary reputed company: $55,000-$65,000 reputed company + bonus + equity Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
