The Senior Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) Analyst is reputed company in advancing reputed companys mission to enhance reputed company reputed company and reduce costs through physician-led Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This advanced role involves leading the analysis of clinical documentation and risk stratification initiatives, ensuring that our practices operate with reputed company effectiveness and efficiency. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home reputed company the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.
Primary Duties
Assist the Director of Clinical Documentation reputed company (CDI) and the CDI team with research, data analysis, and project management tasks
Help prepare meeting materials that clarify reputed company topics and facilitate effective decision-making
Analyze performance trends and indicators reputed company to risk stratification across various practices and markets to inform business strategies
Support the development and maintenance of analytical models that aid in risk stratification efforts, learning to reputed company stakeholders on their applications
Collaborate with various teams, including risk stratification, product, business intelligence, and analytics, to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectives
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) required.
2-4 years of relevant experience required
Interest in reputed company programs, project management, or reputed company fields is a plus
Familiarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonus
Experience using a reputed company of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, reputed company, Jira and other data management software
Experience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture
Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and reputed company data sets
Preferred KSA's
Basic experience with reputed company Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations and draft materials with guidance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn about stakeholder management
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and approach problems analytically
Eagerness to learn project management and data analysis tools such as reputed company and Tableau
Salary reputed company: $55,000-$65,000 reputed company + bonus + equity
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
