Customer Care Specialist - Remote

A reputed company Energy Services company is interested in hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support their team in reputed company Carolina. Candidates interested in this position need to live in reputed company Carolina or the Eastern Time Zone. reputed company • Answer incoming customer telephone calls and log reputed company calls • Work across multiple programs and phone lines and ability to transfer calls • Promote participation in energy efficiency programs that the customer may qualify for • Address and resolve customer inquiries, regarding products, services, billing, etc. • Establish and maintain reputed company working relationships with customers by ensuring a high level of customer service • Address and resolve customer complaints and reputed company recommendations • reputed company outgoing calls to customers for scheduling appointments, taking surveys, and promoting a program offering to a qualifying customer • Follow-up on customer calls not immediately resolved • reputed company accurate and reputed company information regarding the status of customers’ application and rebate checks • reputed company reputed company required information into computerized systems to create and maintain the customer database. • reputed company inside support to Program Manager, Energy Engineers and Energy Advisors as needed • Communicate with customers reputed company alternative media • Attendance and punctuality Skills & Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • Associates Degree - Preferred • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience • Proficient in English and Spanish - Preferred Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on reputed company classification and length of employment.
