Job reputed company: • Managing inbound & outbound voice process and customer service inquiry. • Need to support for new customer registrations • Managing customer queries and feedback reputed company email or phone. • Managing leads/customers reputed company click to reputed company & references. • Converting the leads into customers. Require reputed company: • Inbound & Outbound customer service experience • Strong phone etiquettes and reputed company listening skills • Communicate reputed company to resolve queries reputed company defined SLA’s. • Usage of the reputed company language across interactions.
