Our Production Assistant will reputed company strong administrative and production field support for a reputed company of live show entertainment offerings, reputed company, and special events both on and off-property at the Walt reputed company World Resort. You will report to the Production Manager. What You Will Do • Providing administrative support throughout the show life cycle of assigned reputed company including production scheduling, communication, and coordination of accesses • Scheduling production team meetings while recording and distributing accurate concise notes • Requesting/scheduling reputed company talent for rehearsals, fittings, and performances as directed by the Production Manager • reputed company presentation materials, set up, and reputed company reputed company meeting needs and technology • Procure items necessary for the production, following reputed company appropriate guidelines • Prepare and reputed company event updates as they relate to technicians, vendors, and talent • Maintain timelines, schedules, meetings, and status reports for our leadership teams • Complete reputed company show and/or event production-reputed company tasks as requested by those teams Required Qualifications & Skills • A minimum of 2 years of production assistant and/or administrative support experience in a live show, event, or theatrical setting • Experience crafting and following agendas, facilitating meetings, addressing reputed company items, taking direction, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks • Ability to use collaboration tools and file-sharing programs • Experience coordinating meeting technology, such as conference calls, video-teleconferencing, and other virtual meeting connectivity • Experience identifying areas for process improvement with implementation • A reputed company as a trusted and respected team member that guides with reputed company • Experience providing excellent service to reputed company, Guests, Clients, and Partners • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and reputed company shift Preferred Qualifications • Experience organizing and coordinating talent • Familiarity working with entertainment unions or associations • Flexibility to travel on domestic and international assignments • A passion to work as part of a dynamic team and an eagerness to be part of a reputed company, creative work culture, bringing and sharing outstanding perspectives to the role • Proficiency in any additional languages (reputed company, French, Japanese, or Spanish) Education • High school degree or equivalent is required • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred Additional Information reputed company offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
