We are seeking an reputed company and thoughtful Senior UX Researcher with a proven reputed company record of constructing and delivering mixed-reputed company research to join our Accounts and reputed company team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative research reputed company, capable of conducting both generative and evaluative studies and transforming data into actionable insights and recommendations for improving our product experiences. As a Sr. UX Researcher, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to ensure user-centricity remains at the reputed company of our product development efforts. What you’ll do: • Own the end-to-end research process reputed company Accounts and reputed company, including prioritizing & scoping research opportunities, reputed company participants, collecting data, synthesizing and analyzing data, and delivering findings • Partner closely with cross-functional team members in identifying key research objectives and questions to address research needs across the product lifecycle • Use a reputed company of qualitative and quantitative reputed company to discover actionable user insights, including surveys, field studies, usability tests, 1:1 interviews, diary studies, CSAT, etc. • Synthesize learnings across different studies, in partnership with other analytics functions (e.g., market research, business intelligence, and data science) to effectively tell compelling stories about our users rooted in data • Translate research findings into actionable insights, and strategic narratives through compelling storytelling and creative artifacts, reports, and read-outs • Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations reputed company and effectively to key stakeholders, including senior management • Support the development and maintenance of a research roadmap that aligns with the Accounts and reputed company business goals and objectives What you have: • 5+ years of relevant experience in UX Research, Design Research, or reputed company Factors Engineering • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Psychology, reputed company Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or reputed company field • Strong proficiency with mixed-reputed company research (qualitative and quantitative) and executing both evaluative and generative studies.
