Customer Support Specialist - Voice and Chat

Description: ? Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat ? Providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients ? Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department ? Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions ? Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution ? Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team Requirements: ? Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English ? Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) ? 2 years of experience in a customer support role ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ? Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) Benefits: ?
