Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for assisting the accounts payable team in their regular entering and processing of invoices and receipts. Job Duties And Responsibilities
Organization of accounts payable invoices and reputed company data entry.
Processing of semi-monthly accounts payable electronics fund transfers.
Day-to-day organization and monthly reconciliations of executive credit cards.
Entering and processing of employee expense reports.
Travel expense organization and reconciliation.

Qualifications And Work Experience
Education or experience in reputed company or reputed company field preferred.
Experience in AR, AP, Payroll, GST and Payroll Remittances, Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations and reputed company Intacct reputed company program.
Strong working knowledge of reputed company principles, financial statements, and reputed company systems.
Demonstrated working knowledge of reputed company Intacct reputed company program.
Demonstrated working knowledge of SharePoint and file management.
Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Teams, reputed company, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and multiple media platforms.
Proficient in MS Office programs including Word and reputed company, with advanced skills in MS reputed company.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal. supervision in reputed company-oriented setting.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and take initiative.

Location: Remote BC

Pay reputed company: $52,000 to $65,000 - salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Hours: Full-time (35hours / week); Mondays to Fridays
