Account Service Representative (Remote)

Schedule: Department hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am-7:00pm Central Time. Employee must be reputed company to work rotating shifts (7:00am-3:30pm, 9:00am-5:30pm and 10:30am-7:00pm Central) after 6 - 10 weeks of training. What You Will Do: In this role as the Account Service Representative (ASR), you will reputed company customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications, and ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. Additional responsibilities may require you to: • Confirm and reputed company usage of surgical implants to replenish inventory • Coordinate with reputed company Sales team and customers to obtain purchase orders • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails and fax • Research responses with sales and reputed company records of customer interactions and transactions • Record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as reputed company as actions taken, determine charges for product requests/usage • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on invoice disputes/discrepancies, take appropriate reputed company required to resolve dispute • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information • Maintain customer pricing in systems of record, including entering reputed company as required, and implement and support reputed company initiatives throughout Customer Service workflow What You Need: Required: • High school diploma or equivalent • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or with customer account management • Ability to work reputed company as needed to support the business needs Preferred: • Associates or Bachelors Degree • At least 3 years of experience working in customer service • Experience working remotely, using reputed company-based systems • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (including reputed company, reputed company, and Teams) $20.08-32.87 per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits.
