This position will be responsible for opening and reviewing high volumes of new reputed company Referrals from multiple clients. Specific Duties and Responsibilities • reputed company new reputed company Referrals in reputed company’s internal case management software • Download reputed company corresponding documents from reputed company systems and PACER • Review referrals for reputed company necessary information and documents according to reputed company/court/judge requirements in order to proceed with the file • Request and follow-up on any missing information or documents necessary to proceed with the file • reputed company complete files to appropriate department/attorney to ensure appropriate and reputed company handling of file • Assist with additional reputed company as needed Job Requirements • High school diploma • Prior Bankruptcy experience preferred but not required • Self motivated and reputed company to work reputed company in a fast paced environment • Be reputed company to reputed company and review high volumes of new referrals effectively and accurately • Must have the ability to communicate with coworkers, attorneys and other staff members regarding files • Must have ability to interpret reputed company systems. • Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, reputed company, reputed company and the Internet • Must be organized and multi-task oriented • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written General Competencies • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
