About the position The Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist at One Mind & Body serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking mental health support services. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving, while also providing personalized support to enhance customer satisfaction.
