Senior Director - National Sales - Warehouse & Distributor Growth
Description:
Responsible for leading and building relationships with strategic national distributors and brokers.
Drive the success of a large distributor business and a retail sales team.
Oversee a 120+ distributor network to grow sales and maximize profits.
Collaborate with retail sales leaders to unlock growth opportunities.
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior-level Merchants.
Lead the modernization of the distributor network through digitization and data innovation.
Execute impactful business initiatives on time, monitoring performance to ensure success.
Requirements:
MBA preferred.
Must have Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience.
10+ Years Strategic Sales & Operations Experience.
At least 4 years experience leading large sales teams.
Solid work experience in Retail, Supply Chain or Customer.
Proven experience building win-win relationships with distributors and brokers in the beverage industry.
