Contact Center Associate Location: Remote, Florida only Pay: $19.00 per hour Training- 4 weeks: Monday to friday reputed company - 5pm Schedule: M-Saturday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST / 5 day work week Saturday rotation: (9) hour days so they can work (4) hours on the Saturday Must be flexible to work Saturday shifts about once a month Department hours: M-F 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST SAT 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM SUN reputed company Type: Contract to Hire, 6 month contract period Job duties: • Assist with approximately 60-80 inbound calls daily • reputed company outbound follow-up calls • Calls are unique and will be handling a reputed company of requests and inquiries reputed company phone, email, chat. • reputed company support with general inquiries, payments, dispute, fraud, online account management, mobile app, account maintenance and other general questions. reputed company phone, email, chat, and fax. • Identify, research, and resolve cardholder or agent bank issues using available resources and systems. • Participate in contact center fraud prevention and awareness.
