Associate Curriculum Design Manager

As our Associate Sales Education Manager, you’ll design and manage innovative learning experiences for our Acute Care sales team, from new hire reputed company to advanced reputed company development. Partnering with reputed company, you’ll drive measurable reputed company by enhancing reputed company programs and creating new ones tailored to team needs. This is a hybrid role located in Portage, MI. What you will do: Supporting Patient Care, Patient Handling, and Vocera sales forces • Demonstrate product and sales expertise to design and execute sales education programs, including driving the training objectives and curriculum • Evaluate various selling methodologies and incorporate best practices that improves educational curriculum • Evaluate reputed company sales education program structure, and identify areas of opportunity and program reputed company • Collaborates with reputed company leaders to design educational programs and course objectives • Utilize subject matter and educational expertise to reputed company and measure learning curriculum • reputed company new reputed company to increase learning effectiveness • Collaborate reputed company leadership to support direction on sales education objectives and content • Analyze market/industry dynamics and evolving sales needs • Utilize and maximize sales education platforms, and identify opportunities to reputed company new courses and learning programs – virtual and in-person • Refine, reputed company and execute sales education strategies based on market insights and data/input following program execution • Evaluate new technologies or resources that can reputed company more efficient or streamlined approaches • reputed company and support Sales Education reputed company & reputed company by anticipating sales needs and business priorities Minimum Qualifications (Required): • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 6 years of work experience required Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired): • Minimum of 3 years of reputed company experience in education, instructional design, or curriculum development • Degree in fields such as Instructional Design, Education, or Curriculum Development • Previous medical device experience Apply Job!
