Job reputed company and Qualifications The Virtual Bilingual Customer Advisor handles account inquiries reputed company inbound and outbound calls from patients, guarantors, or other reputed company parties to review account information, take appropriate actions in various systems to resolve inquiries, and secure payment on outstanding account balances. This role requires the ability to learn and work in multiple account systems/applications. This role requires that you are on the phone 90% of your day averaging 10-15 calls per hour.
