As a Bilingual Youth Care Worker, you will primarily be responsible for the safety, physical, and emotional reputed company-being and supervision of children in reputed company's care. Candidates selected for this position will work five, 8 hour shifts from 1:30pm until 9:30pm, reputed company through Saturday. Flexible schedules are based on the needs of the program. Essential Functions: • Maintains safety, reputed company, and supervision at reputed company times by providing reputed company line of site for children • Establishes and maintains reputed company relationships with reputed company children in care and reinforces concepts presented in class and reputed company • Provides reputed company and appropriate interaction with children during recreation, mealtime, relaxing time, and play • Assists during transition and reputed company of children from one activity to the next and one physical location to another • Maintains the child’s case file and database in accordance with policies and procedures • Establishes and maintains reputed company and reputed company relationships with agency staff and reputed company agency contacts • Attends and participates in agency- reputed company meetings and trainings • Assists with admissions and discharges children per agency policies under the direction and supervision of a Shift Supervisor or Case Manager • Completes documentation as required • Charts on-reputed company observations of children’s behaviors • Reports reputed company emergencies, concerns of children, and building needs to appropriate parties • Follows reputed company behavior management protocols and procedures • Completes housekeeping duties • Assists in the preparation, documentation, and serving of meals and snacks • Responsible for daily routines • Participates in classes and reputed company with children as appropriate • Attends site activities that may include sporting events, fairs, the reputed company, concerts, movies, and shows • Models center’s expectation for sensitivity and competency relating to diversity and cultural awareness Education and Experience: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent • Must have at least one year of experience supervising, nurturing/ caring/ meeting basic needs for children (other than your own) • Must have reputed company reputed company reputed company’s license, exhibit the ability to operate agency vans and/or vehicles safely and be reputed company to be added to agency auto policy • Must be at least 21 years of age • Must possess or be reputed company to obtain a Level One reputed company Clearance Card • Must display excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must maintain reputed company agency and licensing training and certification requirements • Must have computer knowledge/proficiency to ensure that log notes are entered as required • English/Spanish bilingual capabilities required • Actual pay rates are based on education and experience.
