We’re Hiring: Youth/Teen Center Staff – YMCA of Middle TN Are you passionate about working with teens and creating a space where they can connect, grow, and have fun? Join us as Youth/Teen Center Staff at the YMCA of Middle TN! Starting pay is $12/hour (based on experience), and you’ll be part of a mission-driven team making a real impact in the lives of young people. What You’ll Do: • Build meaningful relationships with teens while supervising and ensuring the center runs smoothly. • Lead activities based on teen interests, encouraging positive engagement and participation. • Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to plan exciting events. • Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects the YMCA’s core values. What You’ll Bring: • Minimum age: 18 • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills. • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to model professionalism. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Required Certifications: • New Hire Orientation before your first shift. • CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
