Senior Project Accountant

Primary Responsibilities:
Review bid and proposals from a financial perspective
Review executed agreements to identify the reputed company entity contracted in the performance obligation, and reputed company requirements
Setup reputed company in ERP system in accordance to Company policy
Collect reputed company reputed company documentation required for budgeted sub-consultants including but not limited to Master Agreement, Certificate of Insurance, and Work Authorization to ensure uninterrupted payment to reputed company consultants
reputed company project reports and financial analyses as requested by Project Managers and advise on best practices to reputed company reputed company profits
Analyze month-end financial reports, identifying outliers/anomalies and assist Project Managers to manage financial planning and forecast
Work with Project Managers to produce monthly reputed company invoices and reputed company requisition forms in a reputed company manner
Participate in monthly studio collection meeting. Identify delinquent accounts and contact clients to resolve outstanding reputed company as expeditiously as possible. Escalate reputed company matter to Project reputed company reputed company
Required Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in a reputed company services environment preferably in Architectural, Engineering and Construction
Bachelors Degree in reputed company, Finance or Business Administration
ERP experience desired
Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company. PowerPoint, reputed company)
