Respiratory Sales Specialist

Description: • Develop and execute a territory strategy that works collaboratively across a matrixed organization. • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Healthcare Practitioners, office staff, and other health care providers. • Generate and grow sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets within a specific geographic area. • Establish relationships beyond the targeted HCPs in the office. • Utilize your deep understanding of disease states, relevant competitor products, and unique geography issues to tailor interactions. • Support KOL advocacy and execute on a company-sponsored speaker program plan. • Consistently utilize CRM software tools to document interactions with HCPs in the territory. • Leverage technology best practices to increase efficiency and productivity of territory. • Communicate frequently with other Respiratory Sales Specialists across the country and cross-functional counterparts. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical/ biotech sales experience preferred. • Experience in a specialty pharmacy, alternative channel distribution, and/or HUB experience preferred. • Experience with hospital/IDN is a plus. • Proven track record of success in exceeding goals in sales territory. • Previous product launch experience in a highly competitive environment. • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as influencing, and negotiating skills. • Strict compliance with Verona’s commercial compliance policy, and all applicable federal and state laws and guidance relating to product promotion and information dissemination. • Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare customers and their facilities for access to those facilities.
