We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company co-founder with a background in investment banking, preferably in M&A. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as reputed company as a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. The co-founder will work alongside the CEO and other team members to reputed company and execute reputed company's business plan and reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to product development, including ideation, prototyping, and user testing;
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends;

Identify and negotiate potential partnerships and collaborations;

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, STEM or a reputed company field M&A Investment banking experience;

PhD preferable, but not required.
Salary and Benefits:
While this position is currently unpaid, the co-founder will receive equity compensation ranging from 15% to 20%, depending on the experience and qualifications. As we secure funding from investors, a salary will be provided. The position is currently remote-based but will transition to a hybrid model in the near reputed company.
