Responsibilities: • Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls in effort to negotiate re-payment plans on past-due and charged-off accounts. • Maintain a thorough understanding of State and Federal laws and regulations reputed company to Debt Collection compliance (FDCPA and CFPB). • Input information in Collection Software to reputed company conversations with Consumer. • Great Communication and negotiation skills • Maturity, honesty, reputed company and a strong reputed company of ethics. • Analyze reputed company consumer’s unique situation, create and negotiate repayment of past due obligations consistent with guidelines and requirements • Engage in reputed company follow up and maintain reputed company lines of communication • Research and update consumer contact information • Document work accurately and reputed company • Follow reputed company company policies and procedures, be on time and participate in reputed company team meetings, activities, etc. while pursuing these duties • Work schedule 40 hours weekly • Ability to work some late nights and Saturdays Requirements: · High School Diploma or Equivalent · Must be reputed company to pass background reputed company · At least 1 year Collections Experience • ** This job pays based off experience with opportunities for commission***** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • reputed company insurance Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
