Corporate Tax Consultant - Project Manager (LEMS) Fully Remote (EST & CST hours) Duration: 6-12 Months (Full-Time conversion potential) Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr W2 (Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, LTD Insurance) Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Consultant - Project Manager to lead critical initiatives and support the successful implementation of a new Global Entity Management Platform. This remote position offers the chance to work closely with finance transformation and tax leaders on a dynamic and impactful project. Key Responsibilities of Corporate Tax Consultant - Project Manager: • Oversee the utilization and implementation of the new Global Entity Management System (LEMS), ensuring data integrity, completeness, and ongoing maintenance. • Collaborate with Strategic Leads to develop and optimize processes for internal and external stakeholders across front and back office operations. • Ensure compliance with LEMS processes and support organic growth in its use over time. • Assist with migrating legal and tax information into the system, including documentation collection and spreadsheet organization. • Prepare updates for Steering Committee leadership alongside Strategic Leads. • Support the development of additional use scenarios for LEMS in partnership with finance transformation. • Manage a team of four junior-level direct reports. Desired Qualifications: • Extensive experience with Legal Entity Structuring and Corporate Tax Governance. • Familiarity with M&A transactions, including preparing closing binders and documentation collection. • Experience working with CT Corporation systems and Legal Management Systems. • Exposure to international tax and various tax forms for approximately 3,500 entities. • Strong project management skills with a flexible and adaptable approach. Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting finance transformation and strategic tax leads. • Knowledge of compliance and governance in tax and legal frameworks. • Background in implementing and enhancing legal and tax technology systems. Additional Details: • Remote Role: Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Central time zones. • This is an interim consulting position with the potential for full-time employment after project completion.
