Duties and Responsibilities
Receives, reviews and evaluates requests received regarding Special Loans functions following the necessary procedures
Maintains and follows procedures outlined by the investors and/or clients
Obtains and reviews information needed to process Subordinations, Easements, Partial Releases, Assumptions, as reputed company as any other requests pertaining to the Special Loans area
Processes maintenance in ARM, Balloon, Construction, Renovation and other workstations as required
Responds to internal/external clients and/or borrowers regarding Special Loans requests
Completes tasks reputed company department and investor guidelines
Adapts to change productively
Handles other essential tasks as assigned
Assist in developing job aides and procedural updates as needed.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
